1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上平台产品运营经验，有 SaaS 产品运营经验优先； 2、有较好的数据意识，熟练掌握数据分析工具，善于从数据中洞察问题与机会； 3、具备出色的执行力和自驱力，能在快节奏环境中高效落地运营方案； 4、善于与多部门人员合作，有效整合各方资源达成共同目标； 5、沟通能力出色，能够清晰表达观点并积极倾听反馈，与合作方共赢。
