负责经销商 SaaS 产品规划与建设，以 AI Agent 为核心、以全链路经营 SaaS 产品能力为底座，构建从经营诊断、任务穿透、过程执行到能力培训与成交反哺的汽车销售经营智能体； 负责线索全渠道管理能力建设，覆盖 CPS、云店及外部渠道线索的接入、去重、分发与归因，联动懂车帝 CPS 线索广告业务，提升经销商线索获取、建联与转化效率； 设计并迭代客户 CRM、到店服务管理、成交管理等核心产品模块，兼容主机厂现有系统，推动产品在主机厂及经销商集团规模化落地； 探索并落地 AI 能力应用（智能 IM、智能外呼、智能工牌、AI-Agent 诊断 - 任务 - 培训体系等），输出产品化、智能化的解决方案，解决经销商经营中的实际问题； 负责与商业化、研发、设计、法务合规及主机厂、经销商等上下游协同，推动系统链路打通与稳定运行； 建立产品数据监控与经营分析能力，通过数据指标识别经营问题，推动产品持续优化与业务规模化增长。

本科及以上学历，3 年及以上 SaaS、B 端平台、商业产品或中后台产品经验，有汽车、交易、CRM、线索广告相关经验者优先； 了解 CPS 线索广告模式（线索分发、投放计费、归因逻辑），对汽车经销商 / 主机厂业务有认知者优先； 了解 AI 相关技术及应用（大模型、AI Agent、智能外呼、智能 IM 等），对 AI 产品化有较深理解和认知，能判别 AI 应用场景的真伪与优先级； 具备较强的系统抽象能力和产品规划能力，能够将复杂业务场景沉淀为可配置、可复用、可扩展的平台能力； 具备较强的跨团队协作能力和项目推动力，能够与商业化、研发、主机厂等多方高效沟通并推动落地； 结果导向、责任心强，能够在复杂链路、多方依赖的环境中推进项目按期交付。
