1、负责SaaS产品与主机厂的合作推进及项目落地，拉通主机厂，运营团队、产研团队等客户及公司内部资源，与各相关部门保持紧密沟通及合作； 2、对现有合作客户，支持客户培训，解决客户在实施落地过程中遇到的各种产品使用问题，关注产品使用数据，进行数据分析为客户提供最佳使用实践； 3、负责制定SaaS产品项目推进节奏及目标，把控客户需求节奏，调动内外部资源提出有效解决方案，推动产品迭代优化，提升客户体验； 4、收集客户的需求和反馈并分析，参与客户拜访，深入了解客户需求，标杆打造与解决方案融合，促进客户合作。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上商户运营（to大B）、数据运营分析工作经验； 2、有优秀的沟通能力，抗压能力，具有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力； 3、有优秀的逻辑能力和流程化思维，有较强的项目管理能力； 4、有toB商业化产品0-1经历的是加分项。
