Een fijn thuis, ook een fijne werkplek Woonzorgcentrum De Beyart is een kleinschalige en sfeervolle organisatie in hartje Maastricht, vlak bij het Vrijthof. Gevestigd in een authentiek kloostergebouw uit 1894 met een parkachtig terrein, is het niet alleen een warm thuis voor onze bewoners, maar ook een fijne werkplek voor onze medewerkers. Je werkt in een rustige, groene omgeving midden in de stad, waar persoonlijke aandacht en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om écht zorg te verlenen, mensgericht en met aandacht voor welzijn. De Beyart is volop in beweging. De verbouwing is zichtbaar, maar de echte ontwikkeling zit in onze ambitie om door te groeien naar een toekomstbestendig woonzorglandschap dat aansluit bij het Deltaplan Maastricht-Heuvelland. Een mooie ontwikkeling die het werken bij De Beyart afwisselend, betekenisvol én inspirerend maakt.

Wat ga je doen Als Controller bij De Beyart ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor Finance & Control. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie, goede stuurinformatie en een gezonde financiële bedrijfsvoering. Je geeft leiding aan de Assistent Controller en de Senior Medewerker Cliëntadministratie. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de bestuurder en het management. Je analyseert cijfers en ontwikkelingen, signaleert risico’s en kansen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke adviezen. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan de financiële cijfers. Je levert financiële en bedrijfsmatige inzichten voor de inrichting van onze organisatie.

Ook zie je waar processen slimmer, eenvoudiger of efficiënter kunnen. Je neemt initiatief in het verbeteren en automatiseren van processen en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

· de planning- en controlcyclus, begroting, rapportages en jaarrekening;

· het analyseren van financiële resultaten, risico’s en ontwikkelingen;

· het adviseren van bestuurder en management;

· procesverbetering, automatisering en digitalisering;

· de administratieve organisatie en interne beheersing;

· het onderhouden van contacten met onder andere de accountant;

· het aansturen van de twee medewerkers.

Wie zoeken wij Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren Controller die stevig in het financiële vak staat, maar ook graag verder kijkt dan de cijfers. Iemand die overzicht houdt, kritisch durft te zijn en energie krijgt van het verbeteren van processen en de bedrijfsvoering.

Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar ook praktisch ingesteld. Met jouw heldere manier van communiceren weet je financiële en bedrijfsmatige informatie begrijpelijk te maken voor bestuurder, management en collega’s. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, ziet kansen en komt in beweging als iets beter of slimmer kan.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

· een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financieel-economische richting;

· meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Finance & Control, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg;

· kennis van planning & control, begrotingen, rapportages, jaarrekening en financiële administratie;

· ervaring met het analyseren van cijfers en het vertalen hiervan naar duidelijke adviezen;

· affiniteit met data, digitalisering, automatisering en procesverbetering;

· ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers;

· een positief-kritische houding en de durf om gevraagd én ongevraagd advies te geven;

· het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken én gemakkelijk de samenwerking op te zoeken.

Wat bieden wij jou Het is een structurele functie voor 24-28 uur per week, waarbij we starten met een jaarcontract. De intentie is dit om te zetten naar onbepaalde tijd. Deze functie is geschaald in FWG 60 (€ 4.157,20 - € 6.171,02 o.b.v. 36 uur).

Onder ander: - 8% vakantiegeld en 13e maand - 237,4 uur verlof o.b.v. 36 uur incl. feestdagen - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT) - Reiskostenvergoeding - Pensioenopbouw via PFZW - Loopbaan-ontwikkelmogelijkheden - Fiscfree: fiscale regeling voor fiets, pc en/of bedrijfsfitness; - Fysiofitness, aangesloten aan werk.

Wij hanteren de cao VVT. Een assessment kan onderdeel uitmaken van de selectieprocedure.
