Een fijn thuis, ook een fijne werkplek Woonzorgcentrum De Beyart is een kleinschalige en sfeervolle organisatie in hartje Maastricht, vlak bij het Vrijthof. Gevestigd in een authentiek kloostergebouw uit 1894 met een parkachtig terrein, is het niet alleen een warm thuis voor onze bewoners, maar ook een fijne werkplek voor onze medewerkers. Je werkt in een rustige, groene omgeving midden in de stad, waar persoonlijke aandacht en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om écht zorg te verlenen, mensgericht en met aandacht voor welzijn. De organisatie is volop in beweging, met vernieuwingsplannen en een geplande verbouwing die bijdragen aan toekomstbestendige zorg. Dat maakt werken bij De Beyart afwisselend, betekenisvol én inspirerend.

Wat ga je doen Als Welzijnsmedewerker ben jij hét vertrouwde gezicht voor bewoners, gasten en hun naasten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom, gezien en gehoord voelt. Met jouw enthousiasme en oprechte aandacht weet je mensen te inspireren om mee te doen, nieuwe contacten te leggen en vooral te genieten van de dag.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. En dat heb je zelf in de hand, want jij:

· zorgt voor de uitvoering en de rapportage, zoals is afgesproken in de leefplannen;

· ontwikkelt en begeleidt een gevarieerd en activerend activiteitenprogramma dat aansluit bij wat bewoners leuk en waardevol vinden;

· stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en signaleert veranderingen in gedrag of welzijn;

· werkt nauw samen met vrijwilligers en collega’s, die je enthousiasmeert, ondersteunt en duidelijke instructies geeft;

· biedt waar nodig ADL-ondersteuning, zoals hulp bij de toiletgang, met respect voor eigen regie en waardigheid;

· creëert samen met het team een schone, veilige en prettige leefomgeving waarin iedereen zich thuis voelt;

· signaleert praktische of technische knelpunten en zorgt dat deze tijdig worden opgepakt.

Je werkt zelfstandig en methodisch binnen de geldende kaders en protocollen, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je wordt ingezet in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten en legt verantwoording af aan de Teamleider Welzijn.

Wie zoeken wij Jij bent iemand die gemakkelijk verbinding maakt en ouderen écht ziet. Je hebt een warm hart, een open houding en voelt haarfijn aan wat iemand nodig heeft. Met jouw creativiteit en positieve energie weet je anderen te motiveren en in beweging te brengen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • een afgeronde opleiding op mbo niveau 3 of 4, bij voorkeur Maatschappelijke Zorg (MMZ) of een vergelijkbare opleiding (zoals Pedagogisch Medewerker, Social Work of Pedagogiek);
  • relevante werkervaring binnen de ouderenzorg;
  • goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een zelfstandige, proactieve werkhouding;
  • creativiteit, initiatief en een servicegerichte instelling;
  • kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen en relevante wet- en regelgeving (pré).

Wat bieden wij jou Het is een structurele functie voor minimaal 24 uur. Deze functie is geschaald in FWG 35 (€ 2.663,54 - € 3.592,96 o.b.v. 36 uur). En er is nog meer! Onder ander:

  • 237,4 uur verlof o.b.v. 36 uur incl. feestdagen
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslag (ORT)
