Het De Keyser Hotel is een gevestigde hotelwaarde en kan bogen op decennia hospitality en ervaring. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en representatieve Hotelreceptionist(e) die ons team komt versterken!

Als hotelreceptionist(e) ben je het hart van het hotel! Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten, een echte host en problemsolver.

Als hotelreceptionist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het in- en uitchecken van gasten op een efficiënte en vriendelijke manier
  • Het bieden van informatie over hotelvoorzieningen, de omgeving en lokale bezienswaardigheden
  • Het verwerken van betalingen en het opmaken van rekeningen
  • Het oplossen van eventuele problemen of klachten van gasten, altijd met een glimlach
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel om de gasttevredenheid te waarborgen
  • Algemene receptietaken zoals het aannemen van berichten en het organiseren van transport

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Klantgericht en punctueel is, met een passie voor het creëren van een uitstekende ervaring voor de gasten.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden heeft en vriendelijk is in de omgang.
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt, zelfs tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar is, ook 's avonds, in het weekend en tijdens feestdagen.
  • Goede beheersing heeft van de Nederlandse taal en een basiskennis van de Engelse taal.
  • Kennis heeft van de stad en omgeving.
  • Administratief onderlegd is.
