Als hotelreceptioniste ben jij het warme en professionele visitekaartje van een exclusieve boetiekhotel in het historische centrum van Brugge. Je zorgt vanaf het moment van aankomst voor een onvergetelijke ervaring voor onze internationale gasten. Zoek jij een veelzijdige voltijdse functie waarin jouw uitstraling en talenkennis echt het verschil maken?

Je takenpakket bestaat vooral uit het volgende:

  • Verwelkomen en inchecken van gasten met een warme en vlotte service
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van bezoekers in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Verwerken van reserveringen en administratieve aanvragen via e-mail en telefoon
  • Informeren van gasten over de mooiste bezienswaardigheden en beste eetgelegenheden in de stad
  • Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van het uitcheckproces en de betalingen

  • Je beschikt over een sterk intellectueel niveau en een verzorgde, professionele uitstraling
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels om onze gasten vakkundig te woord te staan, Frans en Duits zijn een mooie plus
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken, van klantcontact tot administratie
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor vroege, late en dagshifts
  • Ervaring in de hotellerie is geen vereiste, jouw juiste ingesteldheid en leerbegierigheid wegen zwaarder door

Als hotelreceptioniste draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het behouden van ons hoge serviceniveau. Je bent de centrale schakel tussen de gasten en de andere afdelingen binnen het hotel. Dankzij jouw snelle denkvermogen en overzicht blijf je ook op drukke momenten gastvrij, representatief en nauwkeurig handelen.
