Bij basisschool De Kraanvogel geloven we dat ieder kind een plek verdient waar het zich gezien, veilig en welkom voelt. We zijn een inclusieve, thuisnabije school waar kinderen zoveel mogelijk samen leren en opgroeien in hun eigen omgeving. Onze groepen zijn relatief klein. Dat geeft je als leerkracht de ruimte om de kinderen echt te leren kennen, aandacht te hebben voor hun ontwikkeling en aan te sluiten bij wat zij nodig hebben. Bovendien is er een onderwijsassistent aanwezig ter ondersteuning in de groep.

Bij De Kraanvogel sta je er niet alleen voor. We hebben een betrokken en behulpzaam team waarin samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. We denken met elkaar mee, delen ervaringen en springen bij wanneer dat nodig is. We werken met parallelklassen, zodat je kunt overleggen, samen voorbereiden en ervaringen kan uitwisselen met een collega die dezelfde jaargroep heeft.

Ben je een startende leerkracht? Dan kan je rekenen op ondersteuning vanuit onze intern begeleider en het managementteam. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je goed kunt landen, je vragen kunt stellen en de ruimte krijgt om te groeien in je vak.

Voor de midden- of bovenbouw zoeken wij voor dit schooljaar een betrokken leerkracht voor 0,6 fte.

  • Een afgeronde PABO-opleiding of je bent bijna afgestudeerd.
  • Affiniteit met de midden- en bovenbouw.
  • Je staat met plezier voor de klas en hebt oog voor verschillen tussen kinderen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en durft vragen te stellen.
  • Je bent iemand die niet afwacht maar initiatief neemt en het fijn vindt om onderdeel te zijn van een team waarin we het onderwijs op De Kraanvogel samen vormgeven.
