Als Kwaliteitscontroleur beoordeel jij het eindresultaat van ons productieproces. Je voert nauwkeurige metingen en tests uit volgens de

ISO 9001:2015 norm en zorgt dat onze producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen waar De Mercuur voor staat. Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s op de vloer, ondersteunt waar nodig en houdt het team scherp met jouw praktische blik. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken over verbeteringen en nieuwe technieken eigen te maken. Bij De Mercuur leer je vooral door te doen en draag je zichtbaar bij aan vakmanschap, samenwerking en een betrouwbare productie.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eindkwaliteit van onze producten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en invullen van meetrapporten en kwaliteitsrapporten.
  • Je werkt in een hecht, nuchter team waar vakmanschap en humor samengaan.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken, te leren en continu te verbeteren.

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in onze manier van werken: nuchter, technisch nieuwsgierig en verantwoordelijk. Jij brengt het volgende mee:

  • Nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht – je werkt graag precies en ziet snel wat klopt en wat niet
  • Affiniteit met CNC-techniek (draaien/frezen) of de motivatie om dit bij ons te leren
  • Bereidheid om mee te draaien in het productieproces wanneer dat nodig is
  • Positieve, praktische en flexibele instelling
  • Sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden – je communiceert open, helpt collega’s en spreekt elkaar waar nodig aan
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durven nemen – je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te maken
  • Leergierigheid – je wilt groeien in je vak en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen

Wat krijg je er voor terug?

  • Salaris volgens CAO Kleinmetaal (circa €3.200 – €3.600 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring en functiegroep)
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV dagen (die wekelijks worden ingezet zodat je altijd vrij bent op vrijdagmiddag en dus altijd een lang weekend hebt!)
