The posting

Als machine insteller zorg jij dat onze machines perfect draaien en dat elke productie soepel verloopt. Je stelt forceermachines, CNC-draai- en freesmachines, persen en robots in, bouwt ze om waar nodig en houdt het proces nauwkeurig in de gaten. Ook voer je metingen uit volgens ISO 9001:2015 en bewaak je de kwaliteit waar De Mercuur voor staat. Wanneer het nodig is, werk je mee in het reguliere productieproces.

Bij De Mercuur krijg je de vrijheid om je werk op jouw manier te organiseren, mee te denken over verbeteringen en nieuwe technieken eigen te maken. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving met hightech robots en maakt deel uit van een nuchter, hecht team waar vakmanschap, verantwoordelijkheid en een Amsterdams dolletje hand in hand gaan. Je leert vooral door te doen en draagt zichtbaar bij aan een betrouwbare productie.

  • Je stelt forceermachines, CNC-draai- en freesmachines, persen en robots in en houdt de productie veilig en soepel draaiend.
  • Je werkt in een klein technisch team met veel vrijheid, vertrouwen en collegialiteit.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om te leren, je te ontwikkelen en met moderne technologie te werken.

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in onze manier van werken: nuchter, technisch nieuwsgierig en verantwoordelijk. Jij brengt het volgende mee:

  • (Enige) ervaring met het instellen en ombouwen van machines en/of persen
  • (Enige) ervaring met het instellen en ombouwen van CNC-draai- en freesmachines
  • Nauwkeurigheid in meten volgens ISO 9001:2015-procedures
  • Bereidheid om mee te werken in het normale productieproces
  • Een positieve, praktische en flexibele instelling
  • Open communicatie, collegialiteit en de bereidheid elkaar aan te spreken waar nodig

Wat krijg je er voor terug?

  • Salaris volgens CAO Kleinmetaal (circa €3.300 – €3.900 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring en functiegroep)
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV dagen (die wekelijks worden ingezet zodat je altijd vrij bent op vrijdagmiddag en dus altijd een lang weekend hebt!)
  • 8% vakantiegeld

Ervaring is welkom, maar leren in de praktijk is minstens zo belangrijk bij ons! Dus ook als je nog geen enkele ervaring in de techniek, maar leergierig bent en je hard harder gaat kloppen van high-tech robots, dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren.
