Wie zijn wij?

De Piergroep ondersteunt verschillende werkstichtingen binnen het sociaal domein in de regio Rotterdam. Samen zetten wij ons dagelijks in voor maatschappelijke ondersteuning en het versterken van inwoners en gezinnen. Binnen ons team Finance & Control werken we volledig met AFAS en investeren we continu in het verbeteren van processen, rapportages en stuurinformatie.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Jij zorgt dat cijfers kloppen én tot leven komen; Met scherpe maandrapportages, betrouwbare jaarrekeningen en overzichtelijke dashboards geef jij de organisatie continu inzicht en stuurinformatie.
  • Jij vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten en slimme keuzes; Je signaleert trends, analyseert afwijkingen en maakt complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk en bruikbaar voor management en teams.
  • Jij houdt de organisatie financieel vooruitkijkend; Van begrotingen tot forecast: jij zorgt dat we niet alleen terugkijken, maar vooral vooruit kunnen sturen.
  • Jij bent een belangrijke schakel bij de controles en verantwoording; Of het nu gaat om accountantscontroles of subsidieverantwoordingen: jij bewaakt overzicht, kwaliteit en soepele afhandeling.
  • Jij signaleert financiële risico’s voordat ze ontstaan; Met jouw scherpe blik herken je risico’s vroegtijdig en denk je actief mee over passende beheersmaatregelen en oplossingen.
  • Jij adviseert management en directie; Je maakt financiële impact van plannen en projecten inzichtelijk en ondersteunt besluitvorming met heldere analyses en adviezen.
  • Je helpt de organisatie slimmer en efficiënter te werken; Je kijkt kritisch naar processen, systemen en AO/IC en ziet continu kansen om dingen slimmer, sneller en efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Jij brengt vernieuwing binnen Finance & Control; Met jouw ideeën en initiatief draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Finance en maak je echt impact binnen de organisatie.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Salaris schaal 10 CAO Sociaal Werk (€ 3.935 - € 6.321 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur);
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast;

Vereisten:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar;
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als Controller, Financial Controller of Business Controller;
  • Ervaring met managementrapportages en financiële analyses en ERP systemen (bij voorkeur AFAS);
  • Je bent een verbinder tussen de werkvloer en financiële expertise en weet complexe financiële informatie helder over te brengen aan niet-financials;
  • Je beschikt over sterke, analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om vraagstukken snel te doorgronden;
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en hanteert een pragmatische aanpak om tot werkbare resultaten te komen.
