Niet op afstand, maar midden in de praktijk. Jij ziet wat er speelt, legt de verbinding en zorgt dat een kind weer verder kan. Bij Scala Jeugdprofessionals werk je op scholen in de regio en maak je dagelijks impact: Klein waar het kan, groot waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen? Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op school en laagdrempelig benaderbaar voor leerlingen, ouders en docenten. Je schakelt snel, denkt praktisch en werkt altijd vanuit wat een leerling wel kan. Binnen Scala werk je in één van de teams: toegang, analyse, hulpverlening of regie. Als Jeugdprofessional op School ben je onderdeel van het team Toegang.

  • Signaleert vroegtijdig zorgen rondom gedrag, ontwikkeling en thuissituatie;
  • Voert gesprekken met leerlingen en ouders en brengt de situatie helder in beeld;
  • Biedt kortdurende begeleiding en opvoedondersteuning;
  • Stelt samen met het gezin een ondersteuningsplan op, voert dit uit of verwijst door;
  • Werkt nauw samen met docenten, zorgcoördinatoren en intern begeleiders;
  • Schakelt met wijkpartners wanneer meer ondersteuning nodig is;
  • Bewaakt de veiligheid en voortgang.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Salaris in schaal 9 minimaal € 3.651 en maximaal € 5.769,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur (CAO Sociaal Werk);
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast;
  • Een Individueel Keuzebudget (8,3% eindejaarsuitkering en 8% vakantiegeld);
  • Een loopbaanbudget, pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding (mogelijkheid NS Business Card);
  • Inwerkprogramma en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via het Scala Leerhuis.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO-opleiding (bijv. Social Work of Pedagogiek);
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in het werkveld;
  • Ervaring met gezinnen en complexe situaties;
  • SKJ-registratie of in mogelijkheid deze te behalen;
  • Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, daadkrachtig en reflectief;
