Ervaren Projectleider Sociaal Domein

(28-32 uur per week)

Wat ga je doen

Je hoofdtaak is het uitvoeren van (innovatieve) projecten op het snijvlak van Welzijn en Zorg. Collectief aanbod, preventief werken, en helpen bij het zichtbaar maken van impact en maatschappelijke waarde, zijn kernwoorden. Versterken van samenwerking met andere partijen is dat ook. Als projectleider ontwikkel je projecten, voert deze uit, en lever je een bijdrage aan de positionering en innovatie van MEE.

Ons aanbod Wij bieden een dienstverband van een jaar.

Het bruto maandsalaris bedraagt minimaal € 3.551- en maximaal € 5.200,- bij een 36-urige werkweek (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, schaal 55, 2% CAO verhoging volgt per 1 november 2026).

We bieden goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:

· een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarsalaris en 8% vakantietoeslag;

· reiskostenvergoeding en een NS Businesscard voor het werk;

· 201 verlofuren (fulltime) op jaarbasis, met de mogelijkheid tot aan- en verkoop van verlofuren;

· een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering via het IZZ;

· korting met gunstige voorwaarden op diverse verzekeringen van Centraal Beheer;

· een laptop en een smartphone;

· mogelijkheeid om gedeeltelijk thuis te werken.

· Opleiding op Hbo-niveau.
