Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klant, commercie en administratie. Je combineert relatiebeheer met projectmatige ondersteuning van (o.a. conversie) trajecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele klantreis én een efficiënte interne afhandeling. Je ondersteunt accountmanagement vanuit de binnendienst, bewaakt voortgang in de offertetrajecten en conversies, en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een strakke, foutloze administratie. Met jouw proactieve houding signaleer je kansen, verbeter je processen en draag je bij aan een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

Je combineert relatiebeheer, commerciële ondersteuning en administratie met een projectmatige aanpak, zodat klanttrajecten soepel verlopen en conversies succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Je verantwoordelijkheden en activiteiten bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Fungeren als intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s
  • Proactief opvolgen van klantvragen, acties en afspraken;
  • Bewaken van servicekwaliteit door snelle en correcte communicatie;
  • Coördineren en bewaken van offertetrajecten en conversies;
  • Ondersteunen bij projectmatige trajecten zoals portefeuilleconversies of implementaties;
  • Afstemmen met interne stakeholders om voortgang en deadlines te bewaken;
  • Zorgdragen voor een accurate en actuele klant- en polisadministratie;
  • Verwerken van mutaties, prolongaties, rapportages en dossierstukken;
  • Ondersteunen bij portefeuillebeheer (zoals verrekeningen, UBO-beheer);
  • Verzorgen van correspondentie en documentatie (contracten, polissen, rapportages);
  • Meedenken over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van administratieve processen;

Je komt terecht bij onze opdrachtgever, een middelgrote verzekeringsdienstverlener gespecialiseerd in schade- en VvE-verzekeringen. Ze staan bekend om hun persoonlijke aanpak, sterke klantrelaties en hoge mate van servicegerichtheid. Vanuit een hecht en professioneel team werk je samen aan heldere processen en hoogwaardige dienstverlening.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van klantcontact, nauwkeurigheid en het coördineren van processen. Je schakelt snel, communiceert helder en weet commerciële kansen op een natuurlijke manier te benutten.

Je neemt mee:

  • MBO-werk- en denkniveau;
  • Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier én Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in klantcontact, bij voorkeur binnen verzekeringen;
  • Kennis van het verzekeringsbedrijf (provinciaal, beurs, volmacht);
  • Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Handigheid met MS Office, Teams en extranetten van verzekeraars;
  • Competenties zoals overtuigingskracht, klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en communicatie.
