Jouw rol binnen wienerberger

Bij DEKO draait alles om maatwerk. Geen standaardproducten, maar slimme keramische oplossingen voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vertaalt aanvragen naar offertes en orders en zorgt samen met productie voor een planning die klopt.

Jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, kansen ziet en ervoor zorgt dat klanten krijgen wat is afgesproken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst werk je dagelijks samen met collega's van verkoop, productie en logistiek. Je schakelt snel tussen klantvragen, offertes en planning en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • adviseren van klanten over onze producten en mogelijkheden
  • opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes
  • verwerken en begeleiden van orders
  • afstemmen van levertijden en productieplanning
  • coördineren van transport en logistiek
  • onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs
  • signaleren van commerciële kansen en procesverbeteringen

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk.

Wat jij in huis hebt

Jij houdt overzicht, bent klantgericht en vindt het leuk om meerdere zaken tegelijk te regelen.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • mbo werk- en denkniveau
  • ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-, customer service- of planningsfunctie
  • ervaring met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pré
  • affiniteit met techniek, bouw of keramiek is mooi meegenomen
