Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder Inkomensverzekeringen ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten als het gaat om inkomensverzekeringen. Je begeleidt klanten gedurende het gehele traject, van advies en offerte tot beheer en mutaties. Dankzij jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat werkgevers en ondernemers goed verzekerd zijn tegen inkomensrisico's.

Je werkt nauw samen met adviseurs, verzekeraars en collega's van andere specialismen om klanten optimaal te bedienen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en onderhouden van een portefeuille zakelijke relaties op het gebied van inkomensverzekeringen;
  • Adviseren over verzuim-, WIA-, WGA- en andere inkomensverzekeringen;
  • Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes;
  • Beoordelen en verwerken van mutaties en poliswijzigingen;
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande klantrelaties;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verzekeraars en andere externe partijen;
  • Ondersteunen van adviseurs bij klantgesprekken en complexe vraagstukken;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en optimale dienstverlening.

Onze opdrachtgever is een grote landelijke verzekerings- en risicoadviseur die zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten ondersteunt. Met meerdere vestigingen door heel Nederland combineren zij de slagkracht van een grote organisatie met de persoonlijke benadering van lokale kantoren.

Binnen de afdeling Inkomensverzekeringen werk je samen met gespecialiseerde collega's die dagelijks ondernemers helpen bij het beheersen van risico's rondom ziekte, arbeidsongeschiktheid en verzuim. De organisatie investeert volop in innovatie, ontwikkeling en duurzame klantrelaties.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche, bij voorkeur met inkomensverzekeringen;
  • In bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Inkomen, of bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen;
  • Kennis van verzuim- en arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekeringen is een sterke pré;
  • Klantgerichte en servicegerichte instelling;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze;
  • Proactieve houding en gevoel voor commerciële kansen;
  • Teamspeler die tegelijkertijd zelfstandig kan werken.
