Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder Inkomensverzekeringen ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten en intermediairs. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten optimaal verzekerd zijn tegen inkomensrisico’s. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen advies, beheer en commerciële kansen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille;
  • Adviseren van klanten over inkomensverzekeringen (zoals AOV en verzuim);
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze proactief benutten;
  • Onderhouden van contact met verzekeraars en andere stakeholders;
  • Verzorgen van offertes, mutaties en polisbeheer;
  • Actief bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid en langdurige relaties.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische rol waarin je zowel jouw adviesvaardigheden als commerciële talent volop kunt inzetten.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;

  • Commercieel ingesteld en sterk in relatiebeheer;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen.
