Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en verzekeraars. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en klanten optimaal worden ondersteund. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking en kwaliteit voorop staan.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je zorgt voor een snelle en zorgvuldige afhandeling van vragen van klanten, accountmanagers en verzekeraars;
  • Je communiceert helder, vriendelijk en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk;
  • Je stemt met je collega’s de werkverdeling en prioriteiten af;
  • Je houdt de administratie actueel en correct, zodat alles voldoet aan de geldende afspraken;
  • Je signaleert risico’s, kansen en ontwikkelingen bij klanten en schakelt hierover met de accountmanager;
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe dienstverlening nóg beter kan en helpt bij verbeterinitiatieven;
  • Je bewaakt dat alle processen voldoen aan de wet- en regelgeving.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je gaat aan de slag bij onze opdrachtgever, een gespecialiseerde verzekeringsadviseur binnen de branche Metaal & Techniek. Deze organisatie ondersteunt bedrijven, zelfstandigen en werknemers met maatwerkoplossingen op het gebied van zorg-, inkomen- en schadeverzekeringen.

Met een team van circa 40 professionals, waaronder accountmanagers en relatiebeheerders, wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan het optimaal bedienen van klanten door heel Nederland. Binnen het relatiebeheerteam werk je samen met 12 collega’s, 2 schadebehandelaars en een teamleider in een informele, betrokken en professionele omgeving waar ruimte is voor zowel hard werken als een goede dosis humor.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je beschikt over Wft Basis, Schade Zakelijk en Schade Particulier (Wft Inkomen is een pré);
  • Je hebt ervaring bij een verzekeraar of intermediair;
  • Je bent minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar;
  • Je werkt graag samen en bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk;
  • Je luistert goed, vraagt door en vertaalt behoeften naar concrete acties;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je bent kritisch, oplossingsgericht en nieuwsgierig naar ontwikkelingen in de markt;
  • Je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen en neemt hierin initiatief;
  • Je bent handig met systemen en weet snel de juiste informatie te vinden.
