Jobomschrijving

Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke klantrelaties en fungeert als vertrouwde adviseur. Je analyseert de behoeften van je klanten, stelt passende oplossingen voor en herkent commerciële kansen.Wat ga je doen?

  • Advies op maat bieden: Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en stelt passende verzekeringsoplossingen voor.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle klantgegevens en dossiers.
  • Ondersteuning bij schadeclaims: Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het schadeproces en biedt hen de nodige ondersteuning.
  • Polissen opvolgen: Je zorgt ervoor dat verzekeringscontracten up-to-date blijven en optimaal aansluiten bij de situatie van de klant.
  • Klantrelaties beheren: Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties en fungeert als vertrouwde adviseur voor je klanten.
  • Commerciële kansen benutten: Je herkent mogelijkheden voor cross-selling en draagt bij aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen de sector en brengt een stevige basiskennis mee.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief en voelt je goed in klantcontact.
  • Je bent proactief en georganiseerd: je werkt zelfstandig, behoudt overzicht en bent nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Verzekeringen, Rechten of een vergelijkbare richting.
