Notre équipe Digital Repair recherche un·e Quality Engineer (f/m/d) en CDI basé·e à Lille (Campus).

L'équipe Digital Repair a pour mission de prolonger la durée de vie de nos produits sportifs grâce à des solutions numériques innovantes.

Composée de profils variés et passionnés (développeurs, product managers, designers), notre équipe relève le défi de l'économie circulaire chez Decathlon. En nous rejoignant, tu auras un impact direct sur la réduction de notre empreinte écologique tout en offrant une expérience de réparation fluide, fiable et accessible à nos utilisateurs à travers le monde.

TA FUTURE CONTRIBUTION En tant que Quality Engineer (f/m/d), tu seras le/la garant·e de la qualité des produits que nous mettons à disposition de nos utilisateurs. Tes missions principales seront : * Accompagner les équipes de développement dans la mise en place et le maintien de l'automatisation des tests. * Proposer et ajouter de nouvelles méthodes de test pour toujours garantir un plus haut niveau de qualité tout en réduisant les temps de delivery. * Diffuser la culture de la qualité au sein de l'équipe et collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs dès la phase de conception. * Suivre les indicateurs de qualité et assurer la fiabilité globale de nos parcours utilisateurs.

CE QUE TU APPORTES * Tu as une expérience solide et confirmée en test d'applications Web et de micro-services. * Tu maîtrises l'usage de l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) appliquée au métier de la QA pour optimiser et innover dans tes méthodes de test. * Tu es reconnu·e pour ton esprit de synthèse, ta rigueur et ta capacité à évangéliser les bonnes pratiques de qualité. * Tu sais t'intégrer et collaborer efficacement dans un environnement agile.
