About the Role

As part of the Founder’s Office – Delivery, you’ll work closely with our Delivery Leadership to ensure complex projects move from plans to outcomes. You’ll operate across teams to bring structure to staffing, project onboarding, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups. You’ll help identify blockers early, drive resolution, and ensure teams stay aligned and execution stays on track. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with exposure across the organisation. You’ll help build the operating rhythm behind successful delivery, improve how teams work together, and contribute to shaping new workstreams as they emerge. Over time, this role can grow into a larger program management, operations, or business leadership role.

What You’ll Own

  • Staffing & Project Onboarding: Coordinate staffing and project onboarding with project leads; clarify ownership, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
  • Execution & Follow-through: Run operational calls, capture key decisions and action items, and drive follow-through until closure.
  • Program Tracking: Maintain accurate trackers for capacity, milestones, dependencies, project health, and open issues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify blockers and risks early, coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them, and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Operational Excellence: Build and improve processes that make delivery more predictable, efficient, and scalable.
  • Training & Enablement: Coordinate training, upskilling, and other operational workflows required to keep teams delivery-ready.
  • New Workstreams: Work with leadership to brainstorm and shape new workstreams and translate ideas into practical execution plans.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Connect teams and stakeholders across delivery, operations, staffing, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, Founder’s Office, or a startup generalist role.
  • Graduate from a Tier 1 institution; STEM, Humanities, or Commerce backgrounds are all welcome. MBA is optional, with IIMs, ISB, and XLRI among preferred institutions.
  • Technically fluent: Comfortable writing a quick SQL query or lightweight script, analysing data, working with spreadsheets, and picking up unfamiliar tools quickly. Engineering or ML expertise is not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive execution and follow-through without formal authority.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and ownership matters.

Strong Bonus

Experience in human data, AI training data, model evaluations, annotation operations, or data operations, along with a good understanding of the AI data industry, will be a strong advantage.
