We are founded by IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad and ex-Google alumni, and work with some of the top AI frontier labs in the world. Backed by Prosus Ventures and A91 we are expanding the team in US, San Mateo.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Founder’s Office / GTM Generalist to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact business priorities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business operations, and go-to-market execution. You will work on diverse initiatives spanning business growth, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate ambiguity, think strategically, take ownership, and move seamlessly between planning and execution. This is an opportunity to work directly with leadership, gain exposure to critical business decisions, and contribute to scaling a high-growth AI company.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic priorities, business initiatives, and special projects.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Support GTM strategy and execution, including market research, business planning, pipeline initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Operations, Product, and other teams to drive key business outcomes.
  • Support strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and enterprise growth opportunities.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning documents.
  • Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Take ownership of high-priority projects that require independent problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, GTM, or founder’s office roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups, high-growth technology companies, or consulting environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exposure to GTM functions such as Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working with data and business metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in venture-backed startups, particularly in AI/ML, SaaS, technology, or fintech.
  • Exposure to US enterprise markets, GTM strategy, or global business operations.
  • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Asana, and business analytics platforms.
