💻 Le poste

Rattaché(e) à la VP Finance Europe, vous êtes garant(e) de la fiabilité des comptes et du respect des délais de clôture.

Au-delà de la production comptable, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’analyse des résultats et l’accompagnement de la direction financière, notamment lors des clôtures mensuelles.

Vous intervenez également de manière opérationnelle lorsque nécessaire, dans un esprit d’équipe.

🚀 Vos missions :

Pilotage comptable & clôtures

  • Supervision de la comptabilité de l’entité française et de la succursale espagnole
  • Réalisation des clôtures mensuelles à J+3 dans un environnement exigeant
  • Passage des écritures de cut-off (FNP, CCA, provisions…)
  • Analyse des variations mensuelles et compréhension des écarts
  • Contribution au reporting groupe (IFRS)

👉 Vous ne vous limitez pas à produire les chiffres : vous les comprenez, challengez et expliquez

Reporting & analyse

  • Production et fiabilisation du reporting mensuel
  • Analyse de la performance en lien avec le contrôle de gestion
  • Identification des risques et anomalies
  • Capacité à prendre du recul sur les données comptables

Management & coordination

  • Encadrement d’une comptable
  • Supervision de la comptabilité fournisseurs
  • Garantie de la qualité des traitements (factures, paiements, cut-off)
  • Intervention opérationnelle si nécessaire (continuité d’activité, congés, etc.)
  • Coordination avec les équipes facturation, recouvrement et contrôle de gestion

👉 Le poste implique une posture à la fois managériale et hands-on

Fiscalité & obligations légales

  • Supervision des déclarations fiscales
  • Préparation des comptes annuels et de la liasse fiscale avec l’expert-comptable
  • Participation aux audits (CAC)

Amélioration continue & projets

  • Optimisation des process comptables et du contrôle interne
  • Participation active à des projets structurants finance (ex : outils, digitalisation, évolutions réglementaires)
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des outils et des pratiques

🦸‍♂️ Profil recherché :

  • Formation en comptabilité (DCG minimum)
  • 8 à 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Solide maîtrise des normes comptables et fiscales
  • Expérience des clôtures mensuelles rapides
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et de prise de recul sur les chiffres
  • À l’aise avec Excel et les outils financiers
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
