IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personal, beispielsweise als Personalfachkauffrau oder Personalfachkaufmann. Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der generalistischen Personalarbeit mit, idealerweise in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder im Umfeld der freien Berufe, etwa in der Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechtsberatung oder Unternehmensberatung. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und sind sicher im Umgang mit HR-Software, idealerweise Personio.

Darüber hinaus haben Sie Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, im Aufbau von Weiterbildungsprogrammen, im Personalcontrolling und in der Beratung von Führungskräften. Sie arbeiten strukturiert und verbindlich, haben einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch, denken unternehmerisch und gehen mit vertraulichen Informationen diskret um. Im Umgang mit anderen treten Sie auf Augenhöhe auf und kommunizieren klar und souverän – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie verantworten sämtliche HR-Themen unserer Kanzlei – von der Personalbetreuung über die Entwicklung und Bindung unserer Mitarbeitenden bis hin zum Austritt. Dabei sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Partner, Teamleitungen und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit liegt auf der Mitarbeiterbindung und der gezielten Weiterentwicklung unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Sie sorgen dafür, dass Mitarbeitende auch nach dem Onboarding gut begleitet werden, und bauen unsere Fort- und Weiterbildungsangebote systematisch aus – perspektivisch unter dem Dach einer eigenen deimel Akademie.

Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie unsere Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung weiter, gestalten Mitarbeitergespräche und individuelle Entwicklungspfade und begleiten die Ausbildung. Sie bauen Personio als zentrales HR-System weiter aus und treiben die Digitalisierung unserer Personalprozesse voran. Auch das Personalcontrolling mit Personalplanung, Personalkosten und relevanten Kennzahlen gehört zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Zudem betreuen Sie das Vertragswesen und arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen, bei Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachanwälten.

Bei all diesen Aufgaben arbeiten Sie eng mit unserer Kollegin für Recruiting, Onboarding und Personalmarketing sowie mit den internen Finanzen und der Unternehmenskommunikation zusammen. Diese bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit.
