Sie (m/w/d) verfügen über mindestens zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Marketing und haben bereits erfolgreich Unternehmen oder Dienstleistungen am Markt positioniert, neue Kunden gewonnen und Marketingmaßnahmen eigenverantwortlich gesteuert. Sie wissen aus der Praxis, welche Strategien funktionieren, wie man Zielgruppen erreicht und wie aus einer guten Außendarstellung konkrete Geschäftskontakte entstehen. Sie bringen ein fundiertes Verständnis für die Steuerberatungsbranche, ihre Dienstleistungen und die Anforderungen mittelständischer Unternehmen mit.

Sie kennen die Herausforderungen und Erwartungen unserer Mandanten und wissen, wie man anspruchsvolle, erklärungsbedürftige Beratungsleistungen überzeugend vermarktet. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits im Umfeld von Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder anderen beratungsintensiven Dienstleistungen gearbeitet.

Sie haben Marketing nicht nur begleitet, sondern selbst verantwortet, Konzepte entwickelt, Entscheidungen getroffen und deren Umsetzung vorangetrieben. Dabei verbinden Sie strategisches Denken mit der Fähigkeit, Maßnahmen auch operativ erfolgreich umzusetzen. Website, LinkedIn, Social Media und klassische Pressearbeit gehören für Sie zum vertrauten Handwerkszeug. Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für wirksame Kommunikation, treten souverän auf und verstehen es, unterschiedliche Zielgruppen gezielt anzusprechen.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Marketingpersönlichkeit, die ihre Kompetenz und ihr Branchenwissen einbringt, eigenständig Verantwortung übernimmt und unser Marketing mit klaren Vorstellungen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch weiterentwickelt.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Marketings mit einem klaren Ziel: deimel als Steuerberatung für mittelständische Unternehmen noch stärker am Markt positionieren und neue Mandanten gewinnen.

Dafür entwickeln Sie zielgerichtete Marketingmaßnahmen, identifizieren Potenziale zur Mandantengewinnung und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Leistungen bei den richtigen Zielgruppen sichtbar werden. Sie betreuen und entwickeln unsere Website weiter, verantworten unsere Präsenz auf LinkedIn und weiteren relevanten Social-Media-Kanälen und erstellen Inhalte, die unsere Kompetenz und unser Profil überzeugend vermitteln.

Darüber hinaus sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Presse und Medien, erkennen relevante Themen für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und bauen unsere regionale und überregionale Sichtbarkeit gezielt aus.

Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, bringen eigene Ideen ein und entwickeln unser Marketing sowohl strategisch als auch operativ kontinuierlich weiter.
