DEINE AUFGABEN

Überregionale Großkunden | Gebäudetechnik | Deutschlandweit

  • Du betreust unsere überregionalen Großkunden und Kundenverbände und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter
  • Du bereitest Jahresgespräche vor, führst diese eigenständig durch und verhandelst Rahmen-, Konditions- und Bonusvereinbarungen
  • Du stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung zentraler Kundenkonzepte in unseren Niederlassungen sicher und unterstützt die regionalen Teams bei der Kundenentwicklung
  • Du nimmst individuelle Kundenanforderungen auf und koordinierst deren Umsetzung, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Prozesse, IT-Schnittstellen oder Nachhaltigkeit
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Niederlassungen, Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsleitung zusammen, um nachhaltige Kundenlösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du analysierst Markt- und Kundenpotenziale und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Großkundenstrategie mit

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
  • Reisebereitschaft und Freude an deutschlandweiter Zusammenarbeit
  • Verlässlichkeit, Offenheit und Identifikation mit einer mittelständischen Unternehmenskultur
