DEINE AUFGABEN

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet.

  • Grafikdesign & Print: Du gestaltest und produzierst Werbemittel wie Flyer, Broschüren, Kataloge, Anzeigen, Plakate und weitere Printprodukte
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Du arbeitest sicher mit InDesign, Illustrator und Photoshop und bereitest Druckdaten professionell auf
  • Corporate Design: Du sorgst für einen einheitlichen und hochwertigen Markenauftritt über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg
  • Kampagnen & Marketingprojekte: Du entwickelst kreative Gestaltungsideen und setzt diese eigenständig um
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Du entwickelst kreative Content-Ideen und setzt diese eigenständig um, von der Konzeption über Foto- und Videoaufnahmen bis zum Schnitt und zur Veröffentlichung
  • Content Publishing: Du planst, erstellst und veröffentlichst Beiträge auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen, insbesondere Instagram, Facebook und LinkedIn
  • KI im Marketing: Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools zur Ideenfindung, Bild- und Content-Erstellung sowie zur Optimierung kreativer Arbeitsprozesse

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter Digital und Print (m/w/d), ein Studium im Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator und Photoshop
  • Fundiertes Wissen in der Druckvorstufe, Reinzeichnung und Druckdatenaufbereitung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Social-Media-Inhalten
  • Kenntnisse in der Foto-und Videoproduktion sowie im Videoschnitt, idealerweise mit Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects
  • Einen sicheren und praxisorientierten Umgang mit KI-Tools, beispielsweise Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung, Typografie, Bildsprache und aktuelle Social-Media-Formate
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem jungen, motivierten Marketingteam
