Dein Job

Planen, Organisieren, Durchführen:

  • Du planst und koordinierst Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätze und kleinere Bauprojekte unserer Wärmepumpenanlagen und behältst Termine und Ressourcen im Blick.
  • Du hast auch die organisatorischen Aufgaben, wie Dokumentation der Projektergebnisse, Berichte, Rechnungsstellung, Materialbeschaffung und Lagermanagement und sorgst dafür, dass Ersatzteile, Werkzeuge und Geräte für die Einsätze verfügbar sind.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Projekt- und Montageteams sowie Partnerunternehmen zusammen
  • Bei technischen Problemen unterstützt du im 2nd-Level-Support und koordinierst Service- und Störungsfälle.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Service-, Wartungs- und Lagerprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Bei uns bist du richtig, wenn du …

  • eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. im Bereich SHK, Heizungsbau oder Kältetechnik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst
  • Erfahrung mit Heizungs-, Klima-, Kälte- oder Wärmepumpensystemen hast
  • Mehrere Baustellen gleichzeitig managen, den Überblick behalten und flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen reagieren für dich kein Problem sind
  • strukturiert arbeitest und gerne mit digitalen Tools und ERP-Systemen umgehst
  • Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein Klasse B besitzt
