Επίσημος αντιπρόσωπος εμπορικών οχημάτων στην Ελλάδα αναζητά Aftersales Technical Specialist για να στελεχώσει το τμήμα Aftersales & Service. Σε αυτό τον ρόλο θα έχεις την ευκαιρία να συνεργαστείς στενά με τη διεύθυνση του τμήματος και την ομάδα Service, αναπτύσσοντας περαιτέρω τις τεχνικές και οργανωτικές σου δεξιότητες σε έναν κλάδο με σταθερή ζήτηση και προοπτικές εξέλιξης.

Τι θα περιλαμβάνει η μέρα σου

Θα έχεις ενεργό ρόλο στην καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος Aftersales, αναλαμβάνοντας τη γραπτή και τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα εργοστάσια για θέματα Service, εγγυήσεων και τεχνικής υποστήριξης. Παράλληλα, θα συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα Service για ζητήματα τεχνικής φύσης, παρακολουθώντας τις σχετικές διαδικασίες και φροντίζοντας ώστε να ακολουθούνται τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και οι χρόνοι παράδοσης που έχουν τεθεί.

Τι ψάχνουμε σε εσένα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού (ΤΕΙ, ΙΕΚ ή αντίστοιχη σχολή)
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε χώρο αυτοκίνησης θα εκτιμηθεί, ιδανικά σε τμήμα Aftersales ή Service
  • Εμπειρία σε θέματα Warranty ή Technical Support θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Τεχνικό υπόβαθρο και διάθεση για επαγγελματική εξέλιξη, χωρίς να απαιτείται απαραίτητα προϋπηρεσία
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και άνεση στην επικοινωνία

Πρόκειται για θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης, Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, 9:00–17:00, με μικτές μηνιαίες αποδοχές €1.800–€2.000, ανάλογα με την εμπειρία και τα προσόντα του υποψηφίου.
