About the job

On behalf of our client, one of Greece's leading manufacturers of flexible food packaging, with a strong presence in Europe, America and Australia, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to strengthen the team at their plant in Koropi, Attiki.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production process during your shift, making sure production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health and safety procedures are consistently applied.

You will also check that production, quality, hygiene and safety procedures are applied correctly, train, guide and support production staff, and keep production reports and shift records up to date. Along the way, you will uphold Health & Safety rules and promote a culture of safe working practices.

What we're looking for

  • Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or a technical school
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment
  • Experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Foreman or Production Coordinator would be a significant advantage
  • Good knowledge of production processes and the application of safety rules
  • Availability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
  • Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively
  • Leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a demanding production environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational skills, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of English

Benefits

The company offers a competitive compensation package, private insurance, meal vouchers, and transportation to and from the plant. You will benefit from continuous training and professional development, work in a modern, safe and well-organised environment, and have opportunities for career growth within a dynamically growing international group.

If you enjoy leading a team and want your role to have a real impact on production performance, we'd love to meet you.

All incoming CVs will be evaluated with strict confidentiality, and only candidates who meet the requirements of the position will be contacted for interview scheduling. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
