The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is seeking full-time Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our team at Hungry Jack’s at Perth Airport. In this role, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager to drive daily operations in a fast-paced airport environment, leading a high-energy team, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining a safe, compliant and profitable operation. You’ll play an important role in developing the team, maintaining strong operational standards and contributing to the ongoing success of the restaurant.

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster is required.

What you will do?

  • Support the Restaurant Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Deliver fast, friendly service and uphold Hungry Jack's QSC&V standards
  • Help drive sales, labour, stock and waste performance to achieve targets
  • Champion food safety, OHS/WHS and operational compliance
  • Execute promotions, launches and day-to-day operational priorities
  • Play a key role in opening a brand-new airport outlet and building a strong team culture from day one

More about you

  • Leadership experience in a quick-service, fast-food or high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing labour, stock and operational KPIs
  • Solid understanding of food safety, compliance and operational standards
  • Hands-on, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster
