Delaware North Australia is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Adelaide Airport, working across our cafés, restaurants and bars. As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire our front of house team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences. Part-time or full-time opportunties available. Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including early morning starts (from 4am).

What you will do?

  • Lead and mentor the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • Train and develop team members, sharing your passion and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
  • Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
  • Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs

More about you

  • Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and RP Badge
  • Food Safety certificate
  • Barista skills or coffee-making experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
  • Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including early morning starts (from 4am)
