Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Unit Description

Delaware North is a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to serving up exquisite cuisines and unforgettable dining experiences in the Boston Hub area including locations such as Banners Kitchen & Tap, Momosan, and the Boston Hub Food Hall.

Responsibilities

  • Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year related experience required, preferably in a high volume or sport bar setting
  • Superior organization and guest service skills required
  • Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries
  • Available to work a flexibible schedule - night, weekends and holiday are required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
