Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be leading an incredible team of waiters and supervisors to deliver excellent service to all guests. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shift responsibilities of waiters and supervisors
  • Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members
  • Appropriately address all guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of stock
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

Qualifications

  • No degree or experience required
  • Skills in leadership, teamwork, organisation, and strategic thinking

Hourly Minimum Rate

GBP £15.27/Hourly Work Location

Delaware North has provided hospitality services at Pride Park Stadium and Derby County Training Ground since 2008. Home to Derby County Football Club, the 32,956 stadium has hosted memorable matches, conferences, and events. Delaware North is proud to partner with Derby County FC as part of Club DCFC, a joint venture and the first fully integrated hospitality operation between a football club and hospitality provider.
