We are looking for a Home-Based Data Support Representative to join a leading U.S.-based not-for-profit trade association in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will keep member and distributor records accurate and up to date by executing roster changes, profile updates, additions, and removals across multiple systems. You will play a key role in cleaning up data, resolving synchronization issues, documenting manual interventions, and supporting membership changes, including merger and acquisition activities. This is a short-term contract role (2.5 months) with an immediate start.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Organizational & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple data requests and system updates while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in all member records, rosters, and system entries.
  • Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies data discrepancies and resolves record and synchronization issues efficiently.
  • Data Management Knowledge – Strong understanding of data entry standards, record maintenance, and documentation procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute approved roster updates, additions, removals, and profile changes
  • Apply approved distributor membership updates across systems
  • Perform manual data cleanup caused by sync failures
  • Support merger and acquisition execution after approval
  • Maintain logs of manual interventions
  • Escalate unclear scenarios per defined process

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Office Admin Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software. Familiarity with CRM, membership, or database systems is an advantage. Promotional products industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong accuracy, organization, and documentation skills.

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 38,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
