The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Junior Account Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Have a proven history of meeting deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee all aspects of client projects, including understanding project scope, customer budget, timelines, order entry, and vendor negotiations.
  • Create opportunities, product presentations, and manage customer information, tasks, and order details within the ERP system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and repeat business.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Source impactful products that align with client needs and branding goals. Attend vendor meetings to stay informed of industry trends and product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales growth and knowledge.
  • Accurately document, manage, and report activities within the ERP system
  • Support in nurturing long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven work experience as Account Manager or similar role. Experience in promotional products is a plus
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills:ERP system experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously. Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)

  • Salary Range: Php 50,000 - Php 55,000
