Descripción del empleo

Algunos de los desafíos que te esperan:

  • Gestionar y brindar soporte a los Dmarts en el mantenimiento edilicio.
  • Detectar áreas de conflicto y proponer soluciones de mejoras.
  • Gestión de abonos mensuales de mantenimiento: limpieza, mantenimiento, fumigación, seguridad, entre otros. Trato y seguimiento de proveedores.
  • Gestión de emergencias en días laborables y no laborables.
  • Participación en obras menores de ampliación y reformas. Licitación, contratación, seguimiento de obra, elaboración de informes de avance y fin de obra.
  • Contrataciones: cómputo, búsqueda de proveedores, confección de solicitud de presupuesto, comparativas y negociación con oferentes.
  • Emisión de orden de compra junto con anexos de contratación. Seguimiento de pagos.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Graduadas/os y/o estudiantes avanzadas/os en carreras de Arquitectura, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Experiencia en gestión de facilities de retails y/o cadenas.
  • Dominio avanzado de Herramientas Office y Autocad.
  • Fuerte iniciativa, organización, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, colaboración y habilidades analíticas.
  • Capacidad para demostrar persistencia y disciplina en la resolución creativa de problemas en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al equipo. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, capacidad para construir relaciones positivas.
  • Capaz de priorizar objetivos, identificar compensaciones, identificar necesidades de recursos y desarrollar y comunicar casos de negocios y planes de implementación.
