Descripción del empleo

Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando Sr Site Reliability Engineer para sumarse al equipo de Platform Engineering en nuestra Tribu Foundations.

Misión del Rol:

Garantizar la resiliencia, escalabilidad y performance de nuestros sistemas críticos. Como Sr SRE, serás una pieza clave para automatizar la infraestructura, definir los estándares de confiabilidad (SLIs/SLOs) y empoderar a los equipos de desarrollo para que construyan de forma segura y veloz, reduciendo el trabajo manual operativo.

Principales Desafios:

  • Diseño e Implementación de Resiliencia (Hands-on): Instrumentar métricas (SLIs), configurar SLOs y construir los tableros de Error Budget en el código e infraestructura de los servicios críticos.
  • Construcción de Observabilidad como Plataforma: Desarrollar e integrar librerías de instrumentación, agentes y arquitecturas de monitoreo (Golden Signals: latencia, tráfico, errores, saturación) usando herramientas como Grafana y Datadog.
  • Resolución y Gestión Técnica de Incidentes: Participar en las guardias (on-call), liderar la resolución técnica de incidentes críticos, realizar depuraciones profundas y ejecutar post-mortems blameless con ítems de acción concretos.
  • Evolución de Infraestructura y Despliegues: Diseñar y mantener componentes de Infraestructura como Código (IaC), gestionar la salud/migración de clusters y automatizar pipelines de CI/CD para garantizar pruebas de despliegue seguras y rollbacks automáticos.
  • Ejecución de Pruebas de Carga y Capacidad: Diseñar, ejecutar y analizar pruebas de estrés/carga globales sobre la plataforma para identificar puntos de falla antes de que impacten en producción.
  • Automatización y Eliminación de Toil: Codificar herramientas, scripts y soluciones de autoservicio (self-service) para eliminar tareas manuales recurrentes en el ciclo de vida del software.
  • Seguridad Operativa Aplicada: Implementar escaneos de vulnerabilidades, configurar la gestión segura de secretos y responder técnicamente ante incidentes de seguridad que afecten la disponibilidad.

Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia en roles de SRE, DevOps, o Ingeniería de Software orientada a plataforma.
  • Programación y Scripting: Sólida experiencia escribiendo código limpio y mantenible en Go (Golang), Python, Java o Kotlin para desarrollar herramientas internas, bots, librerías de instrumentación y automatizaciones.
  • Nube, Contenedores y Orquestación: Dominio de plataformas Cloud (AWS) y automatización con Terraform o CloudFormation. Amplia experiencia práctica en la administración, configuración y solución de problemas en Kubernetes y Docker.
  • Ecosistema de Observabilidad y CI/CD: Experiencia directa configurando y depurando herramientas de monitoreo, tracing y logging (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). Experiencia en integración continua (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) e implementación de estrategias de despliegue avanzadas (canary, blue/green, rollback automático).
  • Bases de Datos & Caching: Conocimiento técnico sobre el comportamiento, ajuste de rendimiento y resolución de fallas en MySQL, MongoDB y Redis.
  • Colaboración Técnica: Disposición para compartir soluciones técnicas, documentar runbooks y guiar a otros ingenieros mediante el ejemplo técnico (pair programming, revisiones de código y post-mortems).
