Descripción del empleo

Tenemos una oportunidad para vos: buscamos un Shopper & Store Management Lead, para formar parte del equipo de Operaciones de Quick Commerce. El objetivo del puesto es garantizar la buena performance del personal shoppers activo en nuestros partners y garantizar la experiencia de compra y la calidad de las órdenes de cara a nuestros usuarios.

  • Construir y ejecutar acciones para alcanzar objetivos y la continuidad operacional de los partners asegurando la excelencia y los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
  • Análisis de demanda: asegurar el equipo adecuado y la acorde distribución de sus horarios de trabajo. Liderar, motivar, orientar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo productivos y con buen clima.
  • Garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y de calidad, que genere el hábito de recompras.
  • Identificar e influenciar en la resolución de inconvenientes, enfocado en la búsqueda de mejora continua en los procesos.
  • Analizar y dar seguimiento a las métricas de performance del equipo y del Partner.
  • Analizar y generar informes de evaluación de resultados de test o estrategias implementadas.

Requisitos

  • Movilidad propia y licencia de conducir.
  • Residir en zona sur
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año liderando y desarrollando equipos.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en rubros de supermercado.
  • Poseer conocimiento y manejo de herramientas digitales Google.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 días, en horarios tarde/noche y fines de semana.
