Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho

Os Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho são responsáveis por apoiar a implementação e execução de programas e iniciativas de Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança (EHS) nos sites designados. Contribuem para a manutenção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro e em conformidade, identificando riscos, promovendo a conscientização em segurança, apoiando ações de prevenção de incidentes e garantindo aderência às regulamentações aplicáveis e às políticas da empresa.

O que você irá alcançar

Como Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho, você apoiará o planejamento, a implementação e a melhoria contínua dos programas de EHS, atuando em parceria com diferentes áreas para promover conformidade, segurança operacional e bem-estar dos colaboradores nos sites sob sua responsabilidade.

Você irá:

  • Realizar inspeções de segurança e avaliações de risco (Safety Walks) para identificar perigos e garantir conformidade com regulamentações, normas e requisitos de segurança.
  • Implementar e gerenciar programas de EHS nos sites designados, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, preparação para emergências, segurança de contratados, meio ambiente e segurança operacional, apoiando a aplicação de políticas, procedimentos e protocolos de segurança.
  • Desenvolver, coordenar e ministrar treinamentos de EHS, bem como coordenar equipes obrigatórias no site, incluindo equipes de resposta a emergências.
  • Investigar, ou garantir a adequada investigação, de incidentes utilizando metodologias de análise de causa raiz, além de facilitar a implementação de ações corretivas para prevenir recorrências.
  • Participar de projetos corporativos de EHS e equipes multifuncionais, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos da equipe e apoiando iniciativas de relevância regional e/ou global.

Requisitos Essenciais

  • Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Conhecimento abrangente de teorias, princípios, conceitos e práticas de Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança (EHS), incluindo conhecimento básico de áreas multifuncionais relacionadas.
  • Habilidades avançadas de comunicação e apresentação, com capacidade de atuar com supervisão limitada.
  • Capacidade de participar e contribuir em projetos corporativos de EHS e equipes multifuncionais voltados à resolução de questões operacionais com impacto regional e/ou global.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Boa comunicação interpessoal.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas para elaboração de documentos, apresentações, relatórios e planilhas.
  • Inglês básico.
