Vacatureomschrijving

Als onderdeel van het Customer Strategy & Design team deel je je expertise met zo’n 90 andere collega’s, reikend van strategie tot service design en UX/UI. Je werkt rechtstreeks met klanten, krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om initiatief te nemen. Wij fungeren als vertrouwde adviseurs voor onze klanten in zowel commerciële als publieke sectoren. Je belangrijkste activiteiten bestaan onder andere uit:

  • opzetten en uitvoeren van kwalitatief (ontwerpklant)onderzoek uitvoeren met behulp van observatie-, interview en co-creatie methoden om gebruikersinzichten te verkrijgen;
  • faciliteren en leiden van co-creatie werksessies workshops en sprints met cross-functionele teams om complexe uitdagingen te vertalen naar oplossingenop te lossen;
  • ontwikkelen van proposities, concepten en oplossingsrichtingen die waarde leven voor de klant én de business, met behulp van persona’s, journeys en service blueprints.
  • realiseren van idee tot impact – met scherpe prioritering, sterke business cases en MVPs die zich doorvertalen naar roadmaps en backlogs;
  • bouwen van prototypes en experimenten – uiteraard met gebruik van AI – om hypotheses te valideren en snel te leren, samen met klanten.

Functie-eisen

Natuurlijk overtuig je anderen met jouw onderbouwende standpunten en leg je graag de verbinding tussen mensen. Je bent nieuwsgierig, creatief, analytisch en gefocust op inhoud. Je doel is altijd het beste resultaat leveren voor je klanten, met zichtbare impact door design en innovatie. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder beschik jij als Junior Innovation Consultant over:

  • afgeronde studie in een relevant vakgebied, zoals innovatie, design, strategie of social studies;
  • een portfolio waaruit succesvolle uitvoering van innovatie en design blijkt (voeg deze toe aan je CV);
  • gedegen kennis en ervaring met innovatietools en -methodieken, zoals value propositie design, business modelling, customer journey maps, service blueprints, prototypen en experimenteren.
  • onderzoekende en proactieve mindset waarbij je aannames valideert en alternatieve benaderingen verkent waarin je creativiteit combineert met commercieel inzicht.
  • goede interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, comfortabel met het samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams en overtuigend in het faciliteren van en presenteren aan (senior) stakeholders;
  • uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
  • Het eerste interview zal plaatsvinden op vrijdag 20 november. Solliciteren kan tot en met 1 november.
