Werk dagelijks aan de positionering van ons werkgeversmerk en het aantrekken van nieuwe kandidaten als Online Marketeer Employer Branding. Bij Deloitte.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • je brengt doelgroepen en kanalen in kaart en bereikt de juiste mensen op het juiste moment via de juiste kanalen. Hierbij schakel je dagelijks met zowel interne als externe stakeholders;
  • je voelt je thuis in advertentieplatformen, zet campagnes op van briefing tot inrichting tot optimalisatie en stuurt bij op basis van resultaten en budget;
  • je begrijpt hoe campagne-implementatie werkt, van tracking en targeting tot rapportage;
  • je analyseert campagne- en websitestatistieken en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteringen en heldere rapportages;
  • je werkt mee aan de strategie en draagt nieuwe ideeën aan voor Employer Branding en Recruitment Marketing.

Functie-eisen

Als Online Marketeer Employer Branding combineer je marketingkennis met een sterke focus op data en resultaat. Je vertaalt doelgroepen en recruitmentdoelen naar effectieve campagnes, richt ze in en optimaliseert ze continu. Je:

  • hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond;
  • hebt ervaring met online marketing (e-commerce, recruitmentmarketing of employer branding) en werken met tools zoals Google Analytics, Google Ads en paid search- en paid social-platformen;
  • werkt graag met data en kunt inzichten vertalen naar concrete acties;
  • beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • hebt naast een flinke dosis enthousiasme, nieuwsgierigheid en leergierigheid, de drive om de mouwen op te stropen en ideeën in de praktijk te toetsen;
  • eventuele ervaring bij een (online marketing) bureau is een pré.
