Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, well-established provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Yorkshire

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join an established service with solid foundations, strong occupancy and an experienced team already in place.

As Registered Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing whilst continuing to develop the team and drive performance.

You'll be trusted to lead the service as your own, with the support of an experienced senior leadership team behind you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full operational management of a CQC regulated service
  • Leadership, coaching and development of care and support teams
  • Maintaining excellent compliance and quality standards
  • Safeguarding oversight and risk management
  • Resident, relative and stakeholder engagement
  • Budget management and financial performance
  • Service improvement and quality assurance
  • Supporting occupancy, community engagement and growth initiatives
  • Creating a positive, high-performing culture focused on outstanding outcomes

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
  • Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
