Delrin® Job Description Business Development Manager, Korea       Job Description:  The Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the Commercial Team in Korea     Key Responsibilities: 

Adherence to company core values, code of conduct Manage key accounts for Delrin® business, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, Manage both direct customers and distributors to deliver the business goals. Drive application/business development at target customers and applications. Understand the entire value chains, market trend, strength/weakness, threat, and related business opportunities for the consumer electronics, consumer goods, industrial applications. Work with global key account manager and global marketing managers to support the local business growth. Understand Delrin® value proposition and competitive benchmarking to identify a new opportunity at the adjacent market. Create/Develop/Implement local/global account plans for key accounts.

  Ideal Profile: 

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, and etc. An MBA degree is a plus. 10+ years of sales & development, or mechanical engineering, material engineering experience. Strong background in new business development.

Fluent in both Korean and English, with great communication skills.

Based in Korea.
