  • Provide oversight of key operational processes including client onboarding, periodic reviews, account maintenance, incident management, and control remediation activities.
  • Monitor operational issues, control weaknesses, and process exceptions, ensuring timely escalation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Support the execution and enhancement of risk and control frameworks, ensuring appropriate documentation, evidence collection, and governance standards are maintained.
  • Produce meaningful management information and reporting to support risk oversight, operational decision-making, and regulatory readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit teams to address operational and regulatory challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and control enhancement to improve operational effectiveness and reduce risk.
  • Contribute to internal reviews, audit engagements, regulatory examinations, and remediation initiatives as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in Operational Risk, Controls, Compliance, Audit, Financial Crime, Governance, or Operations leadership
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, reference data, and account maintenance processes
  • Proven experience managing incidents, control issues, remediation activities, and action plans
  • Sound knowledge of risk and control frameworks, including control design, testing, and evidence management
  • Experience supporting internal audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce concise reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively while exercising sound judgement
  • Experience working across global teams and matrixed organizations
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong control mindset

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.

How We Work:

Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer. We positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of age, color, disability, national origin, ancestry, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you require any reasonable adjustments through your interview process, please use the designated space within the application questionnaire.

As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible. If your profile is selected, a member of our team will contact you. For this role a valid work authorization for the US is mandatory.

Who We Are:

Delta Capita Group is a global managed services, consulting and technology solutions provider with a unique combination of experience in Financial Services and technology innovation capability. Our mission is to reinvent the financial services value chain providing technology based mutualized services for financial institutions for non-differentiating services.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
