Betriebsleiter (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Montage-Leitung
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der deutschlandweiten Montage-Organisation
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Umsetzung aller Montage-
  • Projekte in Abstimmung mit der Montage-Leitung
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Ressourceneinsatz
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, HR und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der DELTA Montage GmbH und ihrer regionalen Standorte
  • Ansprechpartner für wichtige Kunden, Partner und Auftraggeber in operativen Fragestellungen

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Montage, Elektrotechnik, Anlagenbau oder Service
  • Erfahrung in der Führung mehrerer Standorte, Regionen oder dezentraler Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektsteuerung, Ressourcenplanung und Kostenmanagement
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit einem wertschätzenden Führungsstil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
