Mit Hilfe unserer IoT vernetzten Produkte schaffen wir Automationskonzepte für gesamtheitlich und umweltfreundliche Gebäude. Unsere Produkte automatisieren alle Funktionen, wie Heizen, Lüften, Kühlen, Sicherheit, Video, Beleuchtung und Beschattung und sorgen in diesen Gebäuden für ein nachhaltiges Funktionieren und damit für eine erhebliche Reduktion des CO2 Ausstoßes. Delta Controls Germany verantwortet mit etwa 80 Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland das Geschäft für Mitteleuropa. Mit ca. 400 Mitarbeitenden weltweit ist unser Unternehmen als Hersteller international aufgestellt und bedient u.a. Systemhäuser und Endkunden, die unsere Produkte verwenden. Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du führst Wartungs‑, Instandhaltungs‑ und Revisionsarbeiten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Kälte) sowie an Automations- und MSR‑Systemen durch.
  • Du übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung und Optimierung von Anlagen und MSR‑Komponenten.
  • Du analysierst Störungen und findest Lösungen auch bei komplexen Fehlerbildern in der TGA und MSR-Technik.
  • Du führst kleinere Programmier‑, Parametrierungs‑ und Visualisierungsanpassungen beim Kunden durch.
  • Du verantwortest die technische Abnahme nach Neubau, Umbau oder Wartung.
  • Du erstellst vollständige Revisionsunterlagen, Mess- und Prüfprotokolle sowie die technische Dokumentation.
  • Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Energieeffizienz und Betriebsstabilität von Gebäuden nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder TGA (z. B. Elektroniker Energie‑ und Gebäudetechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik).
  • Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik/HLK/TGA wünschenswert – aber keine Voraussetzung dank Quereinsteiger-Programm.
  • Verständnis für technische Anlagen sowie Interesse an MSR-, SPS- oder DDC‑Systemen.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein souveränes Auftreten.
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen im Großraum Berlin.

Auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen!

Du kommst aus der Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, HKLS oder einem angrenzenden technischen Berufsfeld, aber dir fehlt noch spezielles Wissen in MSR‑ oder der Gebäudeautomation?

In individuellen Trainings lernst du:

  • Grundlagen der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik,
  • Funktionsweisen von HLK- und gebäudetechnischen Anlagen,
  • den sicheren Umgang mit DDC-/SPS‑Systemen,
  • sowie herstellerspezifische Tools und Software.

Mit unserer Unterstützung wirst du zu einem vollwertigen Servicetechniker für Gebäudetechnik und MSR.
