  • Mentor junior analysts (e.g., SCA Support Analysts) in control assessment methodology, artifact generation, and eMASS data entry to build internal SCA bench strength.
  • Review and validate security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), SARs, and POA&Ms.
  • Conduct assessments of information systems to ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and DoD standards.
  • Integrate DevSecOps pipeline security controls and AI/ML assurance activities into RMF evidence collection to support rapid or continuous ATO (cATO) processes.
  • Interface remotely and in person with Air Force and Space Force organizations to advance cybersecurity, policy, and infrastructure readiness.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, RMF compliance, or control assessment.
  • Familiarity with DoDI 8510.01, AFMAN 17-1303, and USSF RMF procedures for SCA roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
