Deine Mission

Als Head of Finance führst du unsere Finanzfunktion durch die nächste Wachstumsphase. Du skalierst Strukturen, Prozesse und Kennzahlen so, dass sie mit einem stark wachsenden Auftrags- und Projektvolumen mithalten – solide, transparent und jederzeit belastbar. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für die finanzielle Steuerung sorgst du dafür, dass unser Wachstum planbar finanziert und gesteuert wird.In einem dynamischen, digital-affinen Umfeld – von der Belegschaft bis ins Management – hebst du unsere Finance Governance auf das nächste Level, formst ein schlagkräftiges Team und automatisierst die Finanzprozesse end-to-end: von der Buchhaltung über das Controlling bis zum Treasury. Dein Anspruch ist es, Prozesse so aufzustellen, dass sie ein Vielfaches des heutigen Volumens tragen – ohne Verlust an Geschwindigkeit oder Qualität.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Finance Governance: Schärfung von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Richtlinien und Kontrollmechanismen, damit sie mit dem Wachstum Schritt halten, sowie Ausbau und fachliche Führung eines leistungsfähigen Finance-Teams
  • Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung: Verfeinerung unserer KLR mit Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung als verlässlicher Grundlage für Projekt- und Produktkalkulation
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Verantwortung für eine effiziente, weitgehend digitalisierte Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Zahlungsverkehr und Forderungsmanagement
  • Unternehmens- und Projektcontrolling: Budgetierung, Forecasting und Soll-Ist-Analysen inkl. rollierender Liquiditätsplanung und aktiver Kostensteuerung auf Unternehmens- und Projektebene
  • Datenstrukturen und Kennzahlen: Konsistente Datenstrukturen und ein belastbares Reporting, das auch bei wachsendem Volumen trägt – zur Ableitung steuerungsrelevanter Unternehmenskennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Treasurymanagement: Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagement, Working-Capital-Steuerung sowie Kredit- und Finanzierungsmanagement
  • Abschlüsse und externe Partner: Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse mit Unterstützung einer Steuerberatung
  • Finanzierung und Kapital: Unterstützung von Finanzierungsrunden und Kapitalmaßnahmen
  • Digitalisierung der Finance-Prozesse: Automatisierung und Skalierung unserer ERP- und Reporting-Landschaft

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (idealerweise 5+ Jahre) in einer verantwortlichen Finance-Rolle
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB-Rechnungslegung, Controlling und Treasury
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Automatisierung und in der Skalierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Digital-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Investoren
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team aufzubauen
  • Strukturierte, unternehmerische und hands-on-orientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung mit öffentlicher Förderung bzw. institutionellem Umfeld (ESA / nationale Agenturen)
  • Erfahrung in einem Defence-/Dual-Use-Umfeld
