Deine Mission

Mit dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den stabilen, qualitätsgerechten und termintreuen Betrieb der Produktion sowie den Aufbau eines skalierbaren Produktionssystems für unser wachsendes Space-Tech-Unternehmen in München.

Kernverwantwortung:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Output, Qualität, Termine und Produktivität der Produktion.
  • Hands-on-Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts durch konsequentes Shopfloor Management.
  • Aufbau und Führung eines KPI-basierten Produktionssystems, insbesondere für Planerfüllung, FPY, Ausschuss, Nacharbeit, Durchlaufzeit und Liefertermintreue.
  • Strukturierung der Produktionsorganisation mit klaren Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Entscheidungsbefugnissen und Eskalationswegen.
  • Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Kapazitäts- und Personalplanung sowie konsequente Beseitigung operativer Engpässe.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung standardisierter Prozesse.
  • Konsequente Umsetzung von Lean Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
  • Führung, Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsmitarbeiter.
  • Schnittstelle zu Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Produktionsplanung und Program Management sowie Vertreter der Produktionsinteressen im Unternehmen.
  • Transparente Berichterstattung der Produktionsperformance und Eskalation wesentlicher Risiken an das C-Level.
  • Sicherstellung, dass Produktionsprobleme systematisch analysiert, eindeutig verantwortet und nachhaltig gelöst werden.

Dein Profil

Berufliche Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung in einer operativen Produktion als Produktionsleiter, Head of Production, Operations Manager oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Produktionsumfeld mit hohen Qualitäts- und Prozessanforderungen, vorzugsweise Aerospace, Space, MedTech, Automotive, Defense oder Präzisionstechnik.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau wachsender Produktionsorganisationen.
  • Erfahrung in einer variantenreichen Kleinserien- oder Serienproduktion mit Montage-, Prüf- und Testprozessen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kapazitätsplanung, Produktionssteuerung, Personalplanung und Engpassmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit Quality, Supply Chain und kundenorientierten Funktionen.

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Shopfloor Management und operativer Produktionsführung.
  • Routine im Aufbau und in der Steuerung relevanter Produktions-KPIs.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, KVP, Standard Work, 5S, Problemlösung und Ursachenanalyse.
  • Erfahrung in der Verbesserung Ausschuss, Nacharbeit, Durchlaufzeit und Liefertermintreue.
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Qualitätsmanagement, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Prozessdisziplin und dokumentierten Arbeitsanweisungen.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, MES- oder digitalen Produktionsplanungssystemen sowie ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Montage-, Fertigungs- und Testprozesse.

Führung und Persönlichkeit

  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Präsenz auf dem Shopfloor.
  • Klare, verbindliche und konsequente Führung mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Fähigkeit, Verantwortlichkeiten zu definieren, Entscheidungen zu treffen und deren Umsetzung nachzuhalten.
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie strukturierte, datenbasierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln, zu qualifizieren und für klare Standards zu gewinnen.
  • Belastbarkeit und Ruhe in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz sowie überzeugende Vertretung operativer Anforderungen gegenüber dem C-Level.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, operative Veränderungen persönlich voranzutreiben.

Ausbildung und Sprachen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Mechatronik.
  • Alternativ technische Berufsausbildung mit Meister-, Techniker- oder vergleichbarer Weiterbildung und umfangreicher einschlägiger Führungserfahrung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
